Tri State Cargo LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through tristatecargo.net and how we use it.

Information we collect. When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, and any notes.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and complete transport, send shipment updates, and maintain business records.

Text messaging. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send messages about your quote and shipment. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to deliver our messages, such as our phone and texting provider.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share shipment details only as needed to complete your transport, such as with the pickup or delivery contacts you provide, or when required by law.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
