• Program: Tri State Cargo LLC sends text messages about quote requests, pickup and delivery scheduling, ETA updates, and shipment status to customers who opt in.
• How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box on our quote form, or text us directly at (888) 543-5578.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your quote and shipment.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact jason@tristatecargo.net or (888) 543-5578.
• Not required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing.
